Coaching Programs - for Individual Clients:

1. We set up 3 phone appointments each month.
2. You call me at the specified times.
3. I ask questions that are thought-provoking, insightful and sometimes penetrating.
4. You respond, and a deep and meaningful dialogue begins to develop. You'll see things in new ways, from a different perspective — with new clarity. Action plans, strategies, and specific ideas will become obvious.
5. I will listen very carefully to what you say AND don't say. I'll cajole, encourage, and sometimes cheer you on to bigger visions and greater accomplishments.
6. Along the way, you may ask me questions. I'll answer these from my knowledge, my intuition, or my experience---or a combination of all three.
7. I ask for a minimum 3-month commitment to coaching. Changes are not made over night. Most clients stay with the coaching process beyond 3 months.
8. You'll create and experience who you really are, professionally and personally. It will be rewarding, fulfilling, and fun.
