Lynnea Hagen

For over 20 years, Lynnea has been a successful consultant to Fortune 500 firms, small businesses, and educational and government institutions. She started mentoring and coaching groups and individuals 10 years ago, working with them through various challenges and changes in their businesses and their lives. She now specializes in advanced leadership skills, and in creating strategies to move her clients to their highest goals.

She has undergraduate degrees in Sociology & Psychology, a graduate certificate in Systems Management; and a Masters degree in Organizational Development. She completed an executive coaching program through the William James Institute, The Professional School of Psychology. She is qualified in the use of several assessment instruments, including the Myers Briggs Temperament Inventory (MBTI), and DISC. She is an affiliate of the Coachville Graduate School of Coaching, and the School of Small Business Coaching. She is a licensed facilitator for “The One Page Business Plan” ®, and an associate of Strong Leadership Solutions, an affiliate of Success Management Institute.

As a certified facilitator for The Alternative Board (TAB), she works with "boards of directors" comprised of owners and CEO's of small-to-mid-size businesses. She is an instructor for San Jose State University’s Osher Lifelong Learning Institute, and a founding member of the International Association of Coaches. Lynnea is on the board of directors of three non-profits, including the Salvation Army.
